Last Updated: October 2026. NEXOVADEV LLC operates on a strict No-Knowledge basis. We physically cannot log what you do not provide via NEXOVA VPN.

1. Zero-Log Architecture

NEXOVA VPN (a product of NEXOVADEV LLC) utilizes a custom-engineered infrastructure built on the VLESS Reality protocol. Unlike traditional VPNs, our nodes operate entirely on temporary RAM-disk storage (tmpfs).

  • No Activity Logs: We do not monitor, record, or store any information regarding your browsing history, traffic destination, or data content.
  • No IP Logs: Your real IP address is never stored on our persistent servers. Internal routing uses randomized tokens that expire instantly after session termination.
  • No Connection Timestamps: We do not keep records of when you connect or disconnect.

2. Data Encryption

All traffic between your device and NEXOVA edge nodes is encrypted using state-of-the-art TLS 1.3 with X25519 Perfect Forward Secrecy. Our VLESS Reality protocol masks this encrypted traffic as standard HTTPS browsing, making it invisible to Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) systems.

3. Wyoming Jurisdiction

NEXOVADEV LLC is incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA. We benefit from the strongest corporate privacy protections in the United States. Under Wyoming law, we are not required to maintain data retention logs, ensuring your sovereignty remains absolute.
